Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the Kidlington Banbury Road. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble with a gabled Welsh slate roof and a brick end stack. The building has a three-unit plan and a symmetrical facade with three windows on each storey. A 20th-century door is set within stone pilasters. The original six-pane sash windows retain stone lintels. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the list for its group value.
