Description
This is a barn located at Warren Farm, dating from the late 18th century with some later alterations. It is constructed from roughly coursed limestone rubble and features a stone slate roof with coped verges, while the rear is covered with corrugated iron. The barn has a central gabled cart entrance at the front and an opposing entrance at the rear, with triangular air vents distributed throughout the structure. Inside, the barn has a collar and tie beam roof supported by five bays, with raking struts connecting the tie beams to the principal rafters and double butt-purlins. The interior also includes a stone threshing floor.
