Description

Pimlico Farmhouse barn is a structure dating from 1780. It is built of coursed limestone rubble and features a steeply pitched corrugated-iron roof. The barn has six bays and includes two threshing floor entrances that have 20th-century doors. Inside, there is a trenched purlin roof supported by principal rafters, tie beams, and collars made from rough hewn timbers. A ventilation slit is present in the gable.
