Description
Home Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 17th century, with additions from the 18th century and alterations from the 19th century. The front is finished in stucco, while there is an 18th-century limestone wing at the rear. The main elevation features a steeply pitched slate roof and brick end stacks. The layout is a three-unit plan with a rear addition that forms an L-shape. The building has two storeys and a three-window range. The entrance, which is off-centre to the left, has a panelled-glazed door with a wood frame and hood. This entrance is flanked by sash windows with four large panes, complete with window seats and shutters. There are three similar windows on the first floor. The rear range is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and has a red tile roof. It also has two storeys and a four-window range, with a plank door. The interior has not been inspected.
