Description
This is a villa, dating to the early 19th century, now divided into two dwellings. The sides are of brick, while the front is stuccoed, with a hipped slate roof and brick end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window front. The central recessed entrance has a panelled door flanked by windows, with a fanlight above. A pedimented porch with two fluted columns in antis is situated above the entrance. The ground floor is lined and stuccoed, featuring sashes with margin lights. Three similar windows to the first floor have stone-cased surrounds. A moulded string course is present, along with a wide eaves soffit. The first floor features rusticated quoins. A brick extension to the right contains an entrance to Mereth.
