Description

This is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 18th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of regular coursed ironstone rubble with a slate roof, and has a rendered stack on the left side. The house has two storeys and a two-window front. A gabled porch from the 20th century is located on the left, and there is a 20th-century window to the right. Two renewed casement windows are on the first floor. The upper courses of the wall have been raised using brick. Stone quoins are visible on the right side of the building. Inside, features include stop-chamfered spine beams with run-out stops, an inglenook fireplace with a chamfered bressumer, and a winder stair.
