Description

This is an 18th-century cottage located on the north side of Merrivale’s Lane in the village of Bloxham. The cottage is constructed of regular coursed ironstone rubble with a thatched roof and two brick end stacks. It follows a two-unit plan and is a single storey with an attic. A door is located to the left of the facade. The ground floor has two two-light casement windows, while the attic has two three-light metal casement windows. Original wrought iron casement fasteners are present. No.7 retains its original window openings. The interior has not been inspected.
