Description
Moorey Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels and features a plain-tile roof with a brick stack at one end. The building has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high. The front of the cottage has two windows, with three-light casements on the first floor and a two-light casement on the ground floor to the left, which is set beneath a stop-chamfered lintel. To the right, there is another two-light casement and a four-panel door, both located within the early infilling of a former carriage entry. The steep-pitched roof has a stack positioned to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
