Description
Fletchers and Bennetts Corner is a house, likely once divided into smaller units, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels and features a concrete plain-tile roof with a stone-and-brick ridge stack. The building probably has two two-unit plans and stands two storeys tall. The front facade has four irregularly spaced two- and three-light casement windows on each floor, with entrances located in the middle of each section. The steep-pitched roof is topped with a centrally placed stack that has a wide stone base. The interior has not been inspected.
