Description
Quincotts is a cottage row that has been converted into a house, dating from the mid to late 18th century and remodelled in the 1950s. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a gabled concrete tile roof, with 20th-century brick stacks at the ends and along the ridge. The original five-unit layout has been altered, and the house stands two storeys tall with an eight-window range. It has timber lintels above 20th-century doors and windows, a concrete lintel over the garage doors to the left, and three gabled half-dormers. Inside, there are light chamfered beams, a plank door leading to winder stairs on the right, and spit racks above the fireplaces in the rooms on the right. The building is included for its group value.
