Description

Petra is a house dating from the 17th century, located on the north side of Netting Street in Hook Norton. The right part of the building features ironstone banded with limestone, while the rest is constructed from coursed regular ironstone rubble. The house is thatched and has one brick stack at the end. It has a three-unit plan and is a single storey plus attic. The windows are mainly two-light casements with stop-chamfered lintels. To the left, there is a door with a wooden lintel, and a cellar window on the right end also has a wooden lintel. The interior has not been inspected.
