Description

EPWELL SP 3540 12/33 Yarnhill Farm, dairy now house 08/12/55 abutting to left of farmhouse (Formerly listed as Yarnhill Farmhouse) GV II Dairy now house. Cl7 with C20 alterations. Squared, coursed ironstone. Raised stone slate roof. Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers. Brick end stack. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 2-window range. Entrance to rear. Front elevation has two 2-light stone mullioned windows with hood moulds and label stops to both ground and first floor. Interior not inspected. Once the dairy to Yarnhill Farmhouse (q.v.). Included for group value.
