House, formerly Dairy Farmhouse. C17, reworked early C19. Timber framed construction with colourwashed roughcast render to exterior. Hipped clay tile roof. 3-room main block of one storey and attics, with single storey brick additions to rear. E elevation: 3 ground floor windows, all 2-light casements, the middle one double . 3 small box dormers with 2-light casements. Pedimented porch has semi-circular arched doorway with glazed head and sidelights. Round-headed door with 6 moulded panels. Impressed plasterwork decoration both to the porch pediment, around the entrance archway, and to the eaves cornice. The entrance archway plasterwork springs from impost bands. Substantial red brick multiple ridge stack. Interior: retains vaulted dairy room to NE.
