Description

73 London Road is a building dating from around 1860. It is three storeys tall with a semi-basement and is finished in stucco. The side elevation features tile-hanging. The building has two three-light canted bay windows that extend through all storeys, with the windows set in moulded architraves. It has a parapet and a moulded eaves cornice. The central window on the first floor is round-headed. There is a Tuscan porch with a cast iron balcony above it, and wrought iron railings line the street. This building, along with Nos 69 to 73, forms a group.
