Description
The property at 28 and 30 Church Road dates to the 18th century and has been restored. It is a two-storey building with a basement. The ground floor is rendered (covered in a smooth plaster), while the first floor is tile-hung. The roof is hipped and covered in tiles. There are two three-light metal-framed casement windows. The doorway is framed by a flat wooden hood supported on console brackets, and it has a two-panelled door. Six steps lead up to the street, with a wrought iron handrail.
