Description

Clarence House is a detached house dating from the mid-19th century, built in the Italianate style. It has an irregular plan and is constructed of stuccoed walls with a hipped slate roof. The windows are primarily sash windows, with some casement windows. A porch with square columns provides access. Clarence House forms a group with the adjacent property at No. 2. It was previously known as Nos. 1, Glynlea and Glynlee Cottage.
