Description

South Lawn, dated to the mid-19th century, is a two-storey building with a stucco exterior. It has a hipped slate roof with a gable on the right side. The building features three sash windows with intact glazing bars and Regency-style blinds set within moulded architraves. A string course runs along the facade. The ground floor windows are accentuated by a cornice and brackets above. A glass conservatory is attached to the right-hand side. The building is part of a group value with the neighbouring number 1.
