Description

This is a mid-19th century building on Church Street. It is two storeys high and built of stucco, with a cornice and blocking course at the top. The roof is now tiled, hipped in style. The front facade is narrow, with two windows featuring plate glass sashes set within moulded architraves. A moulded doorway is located on the left side, leading to a four-panel door with a transom light above. The building is included on the list owing to its contribution to the wider group value of the street.
