Description
Nos 111 and 113 on Church Street are late 18th century to early 19th century buildings that stand two storeys tall and are constructed of brick. They feature a parapet front with coped verges and a slate roof, along with two chimneys positioned on the front ridges. The buildings have a total of eight windows, all of which are glazing bar sashes.
No 111 has its entrance on the right, which includes a transom light and lattice decoration above the door. No 113 is accessed from a side porch that dates from the mid-19th century, featuring a half-glazed door and decorative surround. This property also has a large mid-19th century rear wing with a hipped roof. At the rear, there is an arched stair window and a lower one-window section to the left, which is adorned with ball finials on the parapet. It is noted that No 113 is said to have a good staircase.
