Description
The former Clarence Public House is an early 19th-century building. The ground floor is stuccoed and rusticated, while the roof is slate, hipped in style. The building has three storeys and three sashes with only vertical glazing. Horizontal stringcourses run along the facade. A Tuscan-style porch features a rectangular fanlight and steps on either side. The building forms a group with numbers 16 to 30 (even) on Church Road.
