Description

Sunnylands is a building dating from around 1835, with alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is positioned end-on to the road and features two storeys and attics with a stucco exterior. The roof is covered with slate and includes two dormer windows along with a cornice supported by brackets. The front of the building has two three-light canted bay windows. There have been later alterations, including additional bays and balustrading. A Tuscan porch is present on the elevation facing Teignmouth Road.
