Description

Holcombe Cottage is a late 18th or early 19th century building in Holcombe Village, Dawlish. It is a two-storey and attic structure with cob rendering. The roof is now tiled. The front facade has three windows. The first floor windows are sash windows, with Gothic heads and fancy glazing bars. A small central window is present. The ground floor features projecting bays. A trellised porch sits at the entrance, topped by a Gothic fanlight.
