Description

63 St David's Hill is a late 18th century to early 19th century building. It is three storeys high and features a two-window stucco front that is positioned at right angles to the road. The building has a modillion cornice and a ground floor that includes a three-bay Tuscan verandah with round-headed doors and windows. Above, there are probably later casements with label-moulds. An oriel window, which is also likely a later addition, is located at the end of the building overlooking the road. The structure has a parapet and a hipped slate roof.
