Description

48 St David's Hill is a late 18th century to early 19th century building constructed of stucco. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows; the central windows are blind, while the side windows are sashes with glazing bars. The building has a well-crafted doorcase that includes a six-panel door with panelled reveals. It also has a cornice and a parapet, although the roof is not visible. This property is part of a group with Nos 46 to 54 (even).
