Description

This is a two- and three-storey stucco building block, likely dating from the late 18th century and altered subsequently. Numbers 35 and 37 form part of a group with numbers 27 to 37 on the west side of St David’s Hill. The building has two prominent doorcases with lead fanlights above. The doors are six-panel affairs, with fielded panel detailing to the reveals. Sash windows are present, although they lack glazing bars (i.e., they are plain sashes). The roof is hipped and covered with slate.
