Description
Number 33 on St David's Hill is a building dating from around 1805. It was originally a three-storey red brick structure with a five-window front, featuring two standard type patent stone doorways in the center. The ground floor windows are recessed and round-headed, and there is a balcony on the first floor. The original glazing bars have been removed, and a later second-floor balcony has been added, which detracts from the building's character. The doors have been modernized. The building has a modillion cornice, a parapet, and a slate roof with three dormers. Numbers 27 to 37 (odd) form a group with this building.
