Description

31 St Davids Hill is a late 18th-century building featuring stucco with rusticated quoins. It stands three storeys tall and has five windows, which are sashes with the glazing bars removed on the ground and first floors. The building includes a Tuscan porch and a panelled door with glazed panels. A modillion cornice adorns the top, and it has a slate roof. This property is part of a group with Nos 27 to 37 (odd).
