Description

GOUDHURST HIGH STREET TQ 7237-7337 (north side) 15/183 Little Cot (formerly 20.6.67 listed with Pharmacy Cottage as Wee Cot) GV II House. C17 and extended C20. Timber-framed and infilled and clad with red brick with tile hanging on 1st floor. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys and garret on plinth with hipped roof and stack to end right (combined with that to Pharmacy Cottage adjacent). Hipped dormer to left return. Metal casement and wooden case- ment on each floor, 3 light wooden casement on 1st floor, 4 light on ground floor. The end left bay (with metal casements) a mid C20 extension or rebuild, with half-glazed door in left return.
