Description

Pharmacy Cottage is a house dating from the 17th or 18th century. It has a timber-framed structure built on a red brick base and is clad with tile hanging on the first floor, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic, set on a rubble plinth. There is a stack on the left side, which it shares with Little Cot, and a central hipped dormer. The first floor features three light and two light leaded metal casements, while the ground floor has three light and two light wooden casements. There is an off-centre left half-glazed door with a flat hood. A section of the ground floor is used as part of the Pharmacy, which is adjacent to the right.
