Description
Paddock's Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 16th century, with an early 18th-century front. The building features timber framing above the ground floor, which is pebble-dashed, while the upper part has exposed framing with rendered infilling. It has a plain tiled hipped roof with the main stack located to the left. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a regular five-bay front with glazing bar sash windows. The central entrance consists of a panelled door topped by a flat hood supported by brackets. At the rear, there is a gabled wing of 16th-century origin, which has a deep catslide roof to the right, along with two weatherboarded gablets on the rear left. To the left of the 18th-century front, there is a two-storey wing added in the 20th century, constructed of brick and tile hanging.
