It has a wooden modillion eaves cornice beneath a plain tiled roof, which has part projecting end stacks. The house stands three storeys tall, with sash windows on the first and second floors that have open boxes; the first-floor windows are adorned with projecting cornice mouldings above. The outer ground floor has octagonal bays topped with modillion cornices and flat heads, also featuring sash windows.
