Description
Little Park Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse located in Cranbrook, Collier's Green. The building features a timber frame that is clad in red brick on the ground floor, with tile hanging on the first floor. It has a plain tiled half-hipped roof with tall end stacks that project from the sides. There is a single central flat-headed dormer. The farmhouse is two storeys high with an attic, displaying an irregular arrangement of four windows on the first floor and three windows on the ground floor, which include various 20th-century casements. To the left, there is a projecting flat-headed square bay window. The central entrance consists of a boarded door that is sheltered by a flat hood. Additionally, there is a hipped two-storey extension to the left and a catslide roof at the rear.
