Description

Penfolds is a 17th-century cottage located on the north side of Cranbrook High Street. It features a timber frame, with brick cladding on the ground floor and tile hanging on the first floor. The roof is plain tiled and has an end stack on the left side. There is a central gabled dormer, and the building has two storeys plus an attic. The front has an irregular arrangement of windows, including a 20th-century casement window on the first floor and a 20th-century flat-headed canted bay window on the ground floor to the left. To the right, there is a half-glazed door.
