It has a timber frame with a painted brick ground floor and weatherboarding on the first floor, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys high with garrets and features three windows on the front. The windows are 19th and 20th-century casements, and there is a small square bay window on the ground floor to the right. The entrance is a boarded door located in the centre of the front. Inside, some framing of thin scantling is visible. The cottage is included in the listing for its group value only.
