Description

Mill Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on The Hill in Cranbrook. It is timber-framed and has weatherboard cladding. The roof is half-hipped and covered with plain tiles, with a brick stack positioned off-centre to the left of the front elevation. The cottage has two storeys and a two-window front. The windows are 19th-century casements, with a four-light window on the right-hand side of the ground floor. A panelled door is located on the left-hand side of the entrance, sheltered by a small pentice hood supported by brackets.
