Description

This is a 17th-century cottage, potentially a former rear wing of The Corner House (now known as The Hill) in Cranbrook. The cottage is timber-framed and sits on a red brick plinth, with weatherboarding cladding the upper portions. The left-hand side of the ground floor is painted brick, while the upper levels are tile-hung. It has a plain tiled gambrel roof. The cottage has two storeys and a garret. The front facade features two windows, with margin-light sash windows—the right-hand window bay is wider. A half-glazed door is located on the right-hand side.
