Description

Orphirvilla is a cottage dating from the early to mid-19th century. It features a timber frame, with red brick cladding on the ground floor and tile hanging on the first floor. The roof is plain tiled, gabled towards the street, and has simple barge boards. There are tall side stacks on the left side of the building. The cottage is two storeys high with a garret, and has two windows on the first floor, along with a smaller single window in the gable, all of which are glazing bar sashes. On the ground floor, there is a flat-headed canted bay window to the left and a half-glazed door to the right, which is sheltered by a porch hood supported by a long bracket. This building is included for its group value.
