Description

Hill Side Cottage is a cottage dating from the early to mid-19th century. It features a red brick ground floor and a first floor that is tile hung. The roof is a flipped plain tile design with two brick stacks on the right side. The cottage has a gable end facing the street and is two storeys high. The front has one window, which contains glazing bar sashes. To the left, there is a panelled door set in a reeded architrave surround, complete with a transom light and a flat hood above.
