Description
East Street Farmhouse is a farmhouse with an early 19th-century front that likely incorporates a medieval core. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tiled hipped roof with an end stack and a central stack located off-ridge at the rear. The building has two storeys and a four-window front. The ground floor has late 20th-century aluminium casements set in original surrounds, with rubbed brick voussoirs above. There is a panelled door situated within a late 20th-century brick and tiled penticed weather porch. Although the building was inaccessible during the re-survey, it may contain evidence of earlier, possibly medieval, construction.
