Description
The Angel Inn is a public house that was originally a farmhouse, dating from the 16th century with 18th-century elevations. It features a timber-framed structure with limewashed brick and plastered elevations. The roof is hipped and covered with plain tiles, showcasing large gablets, with a stack at the right end and another at the left end to the rear. The building has two storeys and presents a slightly irregular three-window front, which includes 19th-century wooden casements. There are two half-glazed doors located on either side of a central ground floor window. The layout is L-shaped, with a wing extending to the rear and a catslide outshut in the angle, as well as a catslide extension to the right of the main front.
