Description
Old Manor House is a farmhouse dating from around 1620, although the exact date is partially illegible. It features red and some blue brickwork, with tile-hanging on the first floor of the projecting gabled return wing to the left. The roof is plain tiled, with a ridge stack to the left and a side projecting breast that has paired diagonal square stacks, which are dated. The building has a T-shaped plan and consists of two storeys and garrets. The front is slightly irregular with two windows, all of which are casements. There are two windows on the ground floor beneath the left-hand gable, and a half-glazed door to the right under the gable, along with another door at the right-hand end.
Inside, there are two fireplaces in the downstairs rooms, both featuring chamfered bressumers. The first floor includes a panelled room with panelled beams and a large two-storeyed fireplace that has columns in the upper tier.
