Description

The Plough Inn is a public house dating from the 16th century. It features a timber frame that is partly covered with painted brick, weatherboard, and rendered surfaces, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high, with a half-hipped roof on the left side and a hipped roof on the right, which includes a catslide outshot. There are stacks located on the left and at the right end of the building. The upper floor has four three-light wooden casements positioned high under the eaves, along with one glazing bar sash window that has shutters. On the ground floor, there is one four-light wooden casement window and boarded doors located to the left and center.
