Description

Woodgate Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse located on Woodgate Road, Addington. The house is constructed of random rubble stone with red brick quoins on the ground floor, and exposed mock timber framing with herringbone infilling on the first floor. The roof is tiled, with an off-centre stack to the rear and a catslide outshut at the rear. It has a baffle-entry plan. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has a three-window facade with casement windows. A 20th-century weather porch is centrally located.
