Description
Tuppenhurst Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 18th century, with later additions and possibly an earlier core. It is built of red brick and features a plain tile roof with raised verges and brick integral end stacks. The building consists of two parallel ranges aligned north-south and facing west.
The farmhouse has three storeys, with the second floor having reduced proportions and a toothed eaves band. The front has three windows, which are casements with segmental heads. There is a 20th-century canted bay window to the left with a flat roof. A central 20th-century porch includes a rectangular overlight. There is a straight joint between the left-hand bay and the rest of the house.
The interior has not been inspected but may hold interest.
