Description

This is an early 19th-century house, originally named The Close and previously known as No 1 (The Lodge). The exterior is rendered in incised stucco with a concrete tiled roof. The house has two storeys and a single ridge stack located to the left. The facade is four bays, with the bays positioned irregularly. It features glazing bar sash windows. A panelled front door is located to the right, and is sheltered by an ornamental, round-headed canopy supported on fluted columns.
