SNODLAND CP HOLBOROUGH ROAD (east side) No 74

GV II House, added to earlier block to right (No 72) and replacing part of it. Circa 1780. Red brick with plain tiled hipped roof. Two storeys; two windows, glazing bar sashes with open boxes under gauged segmental heads on ground floor. Central panelled door in wooden architrave surround. Arched over wreathed and radiating fanlight.
