Description
No. 2 Coney Green is a house built in the early 19th century, with later additions and alterations. It is constructed of red brick and has a graded slate roof featuring ridge stacks on both the left and right sides. The building stands three storeys tall and has a dentilled eaves cornice. The front facade has three windows, each fitted with 16-paned glazing bar sashes that have gauged heads. The central entrance is marked by a plain pilastered doorcase, with brackets supporting a pedimented hood, and features a late 20th-century neo-Georgian door. The rear of the property, which now forms No. 4 Coney Green, has undergone significant alterations in the late 20th century, including the insertion of new window openings, and is not considered to have special architectural interest.
