Description

No. 27 Adelaide Gardens is a terrace house built around 1830. It features painted brickwork and a slate roof, standing three storeys high with a basement and a parapet, along with a stack positioned to the right. The second floor has sash windows with vertical glazing bars. There is a two-storey canted bay with pilasters and glazing bar sashes. To the left, a half-glazed door is topped by a semi-circular fanlight and accessed by a flight of eight steps. A single glazing bar sash window is located in the basement. This house is part of the redevelopments by James Townley.
