Description

No. 3 Rose Hill is a house dating from around 1800. It has a roughcast exterior and a plain tiled roof. The building stands three storeys high and features a parapet above a hipped roof, with a stack positioned to the left. The second and ground floors have glazing bar sash windows, while the first floor has a shallow bow with a tripartite window, which originally had glazing bar sashes but now includes a mix of sash and casement windows. There is a half-glazed door on the right side of a two-storey wing, which has a glazing bar sash window above it. The house is depicted on Collard and Hurst's map from 1822 and was first rated around 1798.
