Description
RAMSGATE WEST CLIFF ROAD TR 3764 NE (south side) 12/430 No. 38 (St. 13.8.68 Mildred's) GV II House. Circa 1830. Stock brick, part rendered, with slate roof. Three storeys and basement. Rusticated base and pilasters to first floor with cornice, and parapet cornice to roof with stacks to left and to right. Three sashes on 2nd floor with cambered heads, and 3 French windows on 1st floor with geometric chinoiserie tracery, with verandah on trellis iron piers with geometric rail. Tripartite bow on ground floor, and double half-glazed door to right in Doric porch at head of 6 steps. Wooden casement and half-glazed door to basement. Mid C19 2 storey extension to right with half-round sash and small sashed light.
