Description
St Mildred's is a house built around 1830, constructed of stock brick with some rendered sections and a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement. It features a rusticated base and pilasters on the first floor, topped with a cornice, and a parapet cornice at the roof, which has stacks on both the left and right sides. The second floor has three sash windows with cambered heads, while the first floor boasts three French windows adorned with geometric chinoiserie tracery, leading to a verandah supported by trellis iron piers and featuring a geometric railing. The ground floor includes a tripartite bow and a double half-glazed door to the right, set within a Doric porch that is accessed by six steps. There is also a wooden casement and a half-glazed door leading to the basement. To the right, there is a mid-19th century two-storey extension that includes a half-round sash window and a small sash light.
